Return/Exchange Policy
 
DellasKloset offers returns for store credits only

•   Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to
    be qualified for a store credit.

All store Credit will be refunded in the form of a Dellaskloset Gift Card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order. Please include your order # with your return.

•   All Returns/ Exchanges request must be reported within 5 days from the Order delivery date. Once Request is made and responded to, you have 10 days to return your item from the responded date.

•   Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we find any defects on the merchandise,  signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return.

•   Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

•   Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.  

All Returns or Exchange request must be done via email to dellaskloset@gmail.com. All request will be responded to within 1 business day.

Once we received your return, please allow 2-3 business days for store credit to be issued.

•   Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.

If you receive the wrong or faulty product,  we will cover the shipping cost.

•   Final Sale items may not be returned.

•   DellasKloset monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
